Could a moderator look into my friend’s ticket?

Hello,
On the 30th of May at 21:30 Dutch time, my friend got a permaban. They tried to appeal it but haven’t heard anything.
Is it possible for a (human) moderater to look into this matter?
They were listening to music and apparently the controller still picks up audio even when you haven’t joined a voice channels whatsoever. It was a rap song of 50 cent and they got flagged for that.
