Seems off to me. Just sayin.

I understand you to say this: tanking is super hard so give us stun immunity.
So the gist of it seems, you are chasing meta, you feel obligated to make every choice based on maximally buffing your group, and are finding your tank stretched too thin to do the job of tanking well and so you decided to publicly say that anybody not making the same choice is selfish and unskilled.
1. Immunity to stuns is a massive ask, not quality of life. The request would be rejected on the basis of PvP alone where it would make unkillable tanks.
2. What has my attention though is your derogatory statement to everybody who thinks there is another choice. Maybe stretching your tank to the breaking point doesn’t have the moral high ground you think it does. Maybe it’s ok if I decide to build a little different than you. Perhaps?

Templar is immobile class so he should have CC immunity. He don't have wchich is weird. We are standing block that are forced to small circles for almost evey our skills.

I bit the bullet and read OP’s comments. What I got from it is that they claim they need to roll dodge heavy attacks because otherwise they’ll get knocked back. What they really are doing is rolling too much, losing all their stam in the process. Very few fights have attacks that will knock you back when you’re blocking: Naj last boss and Banished Cells 1 come to mind. But dodging ALSO doesn’t stop you from getting knocked back in those situations either. I get the impression that OP needs to block more and give themselves more sustain through their skill/drink/food/enchant/mundus/cp/etc choices.
They are, however, correct that its expected that a tank will take the 300 weapon/spell damage buff mastery because part of a tank’s job is to supply buffs, in turn making it easier for them to tank because the fight will be shorter. However, I don’t think this super matters when bringing a plar tank is “throwing” in the first place since plar tank doesn’t bring any buffs to the table beyond that one passive that a plar dps/healer could bring instead and, I don’t know, maybe could stack the two ult masteries and use cryptcanon. But… I don’t know, my plar tank works fine and I’ve got jabs and beam, certainly not being “correct” there.
I do think interesting counterplay to a plar who can’t be cc’d in pvp would be to have the resistance specifically not include pulls. Chaining them out of the circle and then stunning them would be counterplay. But I’m not a PvP main, so I don’t consider my opinion to be worth much.
I do wish there was some interaction with jabbing whilst tanking, the passive that lets you block via channeling isn’t very useful due to its short duration, cooldown, and, well, it also procs if you medium attack. But that’s just me and my build, not like I always have jabs, I take it off sometimes.

On another note, from what I can glean it sounds like you need to build your tank sturdier. If you build for it there is almost nothing in the game that needs to be dodged.

Subclassing exists. Also templars can be mobile, it's just that it isn't as good as every other class in the game because the sustain on the class is bad. (At least in PvP contexts, though I also think sustain sucks in PvE because there's 2 more buffs to manage more often that I wouldn't on other classes besides necromancer).
