I used it, I think on the third tier, with a friend in a public dungeon. No intention of using it on my own adventures.

I have a few characters testing the waters on Seasoned and I forgot to set the difficulty on the others. I'm leaving my sub-50 EU toons on Adventurer for a while longer, though. My NA toons are all well into CP territory, so it's remembering to set it more than anything else.
I'm fresh out of outrage, but I could muster up some amused annoyance if required.

I'm a bit of a color hoarder, so acquired the new ones on Seasoned. I'm definitely on the low end for dps, but this difficulty is mostly fine for the overland/public dungeons, though I did have a couple of intense moments on dlc group events and when I accidentally pulled several mobs at once in the latter. Probably won't use it for the dlc-era quests, though; just there for the story, not aggravation.

That said, I wish they would do a balance pass on the different incursions and world bosses so it felt more like the base game difference with the new difficulties; I think it would entice more folks to more regularly engage with the newer, obviously more challenging content. For example, the way dolmens scale to the number of players should be applied to harrowstorms, etc.

i used Vestige Difficulty to get the "Vestige of" title. i only did 5 things.
    - 1 Mirrormoor incursion
    - 1 Auridon Dark Anchor
    - Del's Claim delve boss
    - Lurcher world boss outside Daggerfall.
    - Bloatgut boss in Bad Man's Hollow public dungeon.

And i have been using Seasoned difficulty to get the new dyes.
i will likely switch back to Adventurer when i get all the new collectibles connected to Challenge Difficulty.

Challenge Difficulty is not fun to me, i hope any future rewards can be acquired on any of these difficulties including Adventurer.
And i wish there were difficulty options under Adventurer that buffed you instead.

I have done eleven (11) of "It is as the Scrolls Foretold" on Vestige difficulty (still need the Dynamic Encounter one).

I have tried all the other difficulties.

Using Seasoned as this seems to be the right difficulty to have fun with out being able do burn down everything is a instant.

I have no interest in increased difficulty since it's not in separate instances. If I decide that I really need the dye and have nothing better to do, I will go for it. So far, I have other more interesting things to occupy my time.

I expected my main to do terribly but thanks to Hyperioxes’ werewolf build, I’m running Vestige. I will drop it down to seasoned or higher if I’m dying too much. My DPS are starting at whatever the 3rd difficulty is called and then I’ll go from there.

Never thought I’d want overland difficulty beyond my complaints about quest bosses. But it’s a lot of fun. I like my combat to feel realistic but not too much of a slog. Like, I would play sneak archer in Skyrim because I don’t want to slog through fights but I would always wish that limb shots didn’t kill them. Red dead online does this perfectly, headshots kill, limb shots don’t.

Anyway, can’t have that in eso but we can have the feeling of being a werewolf fearing the enemies before they can attack you because they will kill you if you don’t kill them quick enough. Since, yk, werewolves don’t have armor (physically, not in terms of how eso’s sets work).

I enabled Vestige just long enough to get one-shot at complete the incursions and bosses for the achievement, which I was only able to get through because people on easier difficulty levels carried the fights. (I did solo a delve boss with Zerith tanking.)

I'm going to keep my active characters on Seasoned so I can be working toward the dye achievements. As of right now I probably won't actively grind for those until I get closer through regular gameplay. The trash mobs I've dealt with so far still died fairly quickly on Seasoned mode, so that should be fine for regular use.

I'm not sure what I'll do for things like quest bosses, mostly because I'm not sure which setting will be the happiest medium between feeling like the bosses are something of a threat and getting through the fight without too much aggravation.

I've used Seasoned and Master, but only for the sake of leveling Skill Lines and getting my alt account to CP160. At some point I'll work on the Seasoned Slayers achieves to get the Dyes. But after that, the only time I'll bother playing on a higher difficulty is to level characters I still need to get to 50 (I hate leveling, and as such only fully level characters I intend on keeping, aka mostly my RP characters but even several of them haven't gotten to 50 yet).

I have played on Seasoned and Master, but not yet Vestige. If I see players around one of those events, a world boss, or something else on the achievement, maybe I'll try out Vestige, bc I do want the title, but I'm not beholden to it. I don't see an issue having difficulty modes. Almost every game out there contains difficulty levels to some degree already. Especially the Elder Scrolls series. Why people are so up in arms about the difficulty settings I have no clue.

It's more fun when you're in a group of friends and you all turn up the difficulty so that you can each get a hit on the enemy! I'm glad this feature exists.

I've only used Vestige difficulty as of writing.

Tried vestige it but my grip is since its only impacting you as a player only and not the enemies I have no real reasons to use this whole system as tank as it slow down the combat even more without me having to do anything different outside WB fights

This feels like its primarily aimed at DD only and it require you to avoid player to player interaction that aren't on the same difficulty level to remain relevant

In the end did the opposite of what I hoped it would do in overland (having people make mini groups) but at least the story quest enemies feels threatening for once when its forced solo instances

TL DR : only fun in a group with everyone on the same difficulty, too easily ruined by randoms on lower one just casually wiping everything while walking by, pointless solo if not a DD or doing story content

I have no incentive really. If I'm engaging with overland, it's either for skyshards, surveys, or an event, in which case I want things to die as quickly as possible because they're in my way. Maybe when there's new story content I'll consider it, if only so important fights aren't over in two seconds. I don't get any joy out of just randomly killing mobs all day.

I tried out seasoned specifically to test builds in Skyreach so I could get an easy, quick way to see how my cleave would perform in DLC dungeons and vet-ish content. I don’t really like to use the parse dummy because I get too hyper-focused on parsing, which takes me away from what I will actually do in content. So I like the seasoned difficulty for quickly testing out some combos before I add it into my vet arena builds, night market builds, and other higher difficult content. I get bored of blasting through stuff on my main as well, because I want to use more skills on an enemy before they are dead. Yes it takes longer and is not good for grinding, but it does make it a bit more immersive for me.

I'm using seasoned to complete its associated achievements, and will be using vestige soon for the same purpose. I can see myself using these tiers of difficulties afterwards, maybe to make questing a little more enjoyable, or, if I ever start a guild, to make overland guild events more challenging.
The only things missing for this new system are better rewards and separate instances. I hope ZOS looks into these.

I really enjoy the new difficulties. They enhance the game how we choose and make many of the fights more interesting and fun. I sometimes find myself forgetting to change it😇 and wipe occasionally and that's entirely on me lol Glad to see Overland finally getting some new things. And even rewards which were surprising, but I was pleased to see them. They did a very nice job in designing this system and I am pleased with the way they rolled it out

So far I've only tried Seasoned. I do plan to try the others at some point, but right now I'm fine with either Adventurer or Seasoned.

I hadn't planned on using it a whole lot beyond experimenting a bit, but then I saw there were dyes available, and I'm a sucker for dyes, so eventually I'll have killed enough things on Seasoned to add to my dye collection.
