Werewolf Recolor Ideas + Proof-of-Concept

I made custom texture edits of the Ashen fur texture, according to the fan edits made in this thread in the ESO subreddit, and applied my edits to the two models to show how they might look:

The character with the green Pack Leader tattoos uses the male model, while the character with the red Werewolf Berserker tattoos uses the female model.

I acknowledge that the three Werewolf fur color textures in the game (White, Ashen, and Black) are not simple recolors of some base texture. That is to say that these three textures have different details painted on them. As such, I would expect additional detail to be painted on new fur color textures to distinguish each new fur color texture going forward. The proof-of-concept edits made here are not exactly how these colors would be implemented in the game.

That said, what do you all think of these colors? Would you use these fur colors if you had the option? What other fur colors would you want to see?

Those colours look good!
i would likely use the red version as my main character uses dark red hair colour, it would be awesome to have Werewolf fur match my characters' hair colours.

The black looks pretty snazzy. I could see these being helpful for people who have blonde and red headed werewolves, but these are not the colors I’m looking for— I need brown and light grey. The light grey, I don’t care too much if it’s a flat color, but the brown I really want to have natural color variation.

As an outside opinion of someone who hasn't historically given WW a second thought, these look great.

I like the variety. I think your ashen version is pretty decently close to the real wolf colors as far as my uninitiated eye.

Nice job! It is really fun to see folks just trying stuff out like this. Kudos to you!

I'd absolutely love more WW fur colors, especially the pitch black one or the red one.

But also having dual-tone colors like irl wolves have would be really cool as well. Give us ALL the fur colors!
