I have two issues I need help with.
Today in game it showed that I did not have ESO plus. I went to my account on the website to make sure I had it and purchase a reocurring membership if it ran out. It looked like my ESO plus had expired, so I decided to renew it. When putting in my information, I receive a pop up box saying: "The transaction was not authorized. Please check the provided information again or contact your payment provider for assistance." I called my credit card company and they said they never got a charge request.
The second issue. I tried to submit a help ticket on the website, but it will not log me in. Even though I have an account on elderscrollsonline.com, when I drill down for a support request (billing -> Windows, No I'm not using Xbox app -> I have an ESO Plus issue -> Payment Issue), it takes me to a sign in page saying login failed. I'm unable to actually submit a support ticket.
So now I'm reaching out to the forum to try and get support to resolve my issue.
