Zenas' Empowering Disc (Sprinting & Buff Refresh Bug)

Zenas' Empowering Disc currently does not apply the sticky buffs when the target sprints out of the area of effect.
When the target jogs or walks out of the area of effect, the buffs are applied.
But, not while sprinting.

✭✭✭✭✭This explains a lot. Back when arcanist came out, I used zenas to prebuff in dungeon trash and was confused why the buffs weren’t sticking.[PC/NA] Dungeoneer (Tank/DPS), Semi-retired Trialist, and amateur Battlegrounder (DPS) with a passion for The Elder Scrolls lore.
