[BUGS] Zena's Empowering Disc

Zena's Empowering Disc dismounts the caster (and possibly others) when they leave its area of effect and the sticky buff is applied.

Zena's Empowering Disc does not apply the sticky buffs at all if the target is sprinting when they leave its area of effect.

Bumping this because it's been quite annoying for the past three years.

Almost every dismount in this video is not intentional, I think I fat fingered it once but just about all of these are the bug. Go ahead and try it yourself, it'll happen to you, too!

The (welcome) addition of multi-rider mounts make this bug all the more frustrating as it gives the player just enough time to mount and let another player hop on just to kick us all off again.

This bug is especially painful in Cyrodiil.
