Pontius Remus - who is he?
I have questions about new assistant. I get it that he is from Imperial Legion, helped save people form Imperial City and stays away from Cyrodiil and Battlegrounds. I like that he has some lines of dialog. But… why is he an werewolf lord? (or at least why does he look like one?)

Please give us Werewolf Skill Styles (for customizing our fur color) Added in Update 50!, Grimoires/Scribing skills (to fill in the holes in our builds), and Companions (to transform with).3 -

✭✭I'm torn about him. I mean Imperial (!) Werewolf (!) should be ticking all my boxes but I can't help feeling like slapping that old polymorph on him was a bit uninspired, especially with the lack of lycanthropy related chatter.3 -

✭✭✭Khajiit thinks he looks like Zathras. Karth wonders if it is, in fact, Zathras. That would be a treat - Karth would enjoy meeting Zathras, and not just because Zathras engages in rampant self-referencing in a most respectful and pleasingly khajiit-like manner.
Zathras knows how to get things done, in a most efficient way, and this is rare in an assistant. Zathras would surely agree, were he to know. But, of course, Zathras rarely finds out until it is too late. Karth understands - this one is always the last to know as well. Khajiit and Zathras in a race to see who is the last to know. Is a very slow race, yes? Karth tries to remind folks that if he were to know earlier, he could perhaps be of more assistance, but alas, nobody tells poor Khajiit in time. Much like with Zathras. Nobody listens to poor Zathras.

Maybe he's in a similar situation as Narazda from Moon Hunter Keep, where he recognizes how beneficial and detrimental his curse is at the same time, but opts not to search for a cure anyway. We know Molag Bal is invading the Imperial City where he's from, so he probably used his lycanthropy to get others to safety. Due to the sheer chaos in the Imperial City, it's probably not as high of a priority to get rid of this werewolf guy, and he seems to be doing more help than harm — he's probably helping us now knowing that he won't have a place in the Imperial City after Molag Bal's invasion is over, because the people there know he's a werewolf.
Maybe he changed his name to give himself his own identity? Unless there really was a family line with the surname Remus, which doesn't necessarily imply they are werewolves. If his family secretly were werewolves, that could explain how he got lycanthropy.PC/NA — Lone Werewolf
