Stuck at 5

I have a couple of Accounts. One I play sporadically. From everything I read, every week your account gets 5 new Tome quests, up to a max of 12. Unfinished quests remain.

So exactly Why on one account I have 12 quests, and the account I just login and Idle with Never adds any Tome quests. As of today's change, still only offers 5 weekly quests. The other account is at 12. Everything I have read, if you are not at 12 max uncompleted, you receive up to 5 new quests, to a total of 12.

Why is one account stuck at 5?

They got it fixed. Removed all Addons, did repair.
Put addons back in one at a time and checked each step
The Culprit - Gridlist and my misunderstanding.

Gridlist has a list of four tiems at the bottom, in the place most addons show required libraries.
They are PerfectPixel, Markpledges, Quickemotes, Customitempreview

I found out that these are Not required libraries and Gridlist will run just fine without them loaded into the system.
At least one of these, possibly a combination, is what caused the issue. Having them all loaded also blocked the correct graphics from being shown.

Soo if you have the problem I had, and have these 4 loaded, they are probably the problem
