PTS v12.0.4 missing notes?

I'm browsing through the newest list of patch notes but a lot seems to be missing. Where is the rest of it? There is still quite a lot of work to be done before this goes live, but very little information is there. Is it a surprise for when PTS comes back online?

✭✭✭✭✭Week 5 is always small plus it was a last minute addition to have 5 weeks again it seems. Big patches are week 1 and 3.[PC/NA] Dungeoneer (Tank/DPS), Retired Trialist, and amateur Battlegrounder (DPS) with a passion for The Elder Scrolls lore.- Current GM of Hard Dungeoneers

There was 1 single ‘big patch’ week for combat balance. I think this is the confusion.Wuuffyy,
