PVP Target Dummy

It would be really Nice if we could get a PVP Combat dummy that applies Battle spirit and deals damage to some extent so that PVP players can properly gage sets abilities and builds for PVP.
This would make it much more approachable for new players also, as they would be able to test set ups and learn what fits them.
The other option would be to add Battle spirit to the dueling house OR Create a 2 team BG house where teams can parse against one another and offer training to new players.
Just a Thought.

Agreed. If we’re going to be basing combat balance on 1 v 1 CMXs for individuals that have a clear drive/motivation towards a singular outcome-

I’d at least like a PvP dummy to make sure resists/CP equivalent are appropriate for testing against (enemy remains a constant and it’s only a matter of ‘what can the best players do’ on this same-target).

Maybe throwing these in IC sewer base could be a start. Or rather I can ‘initiate’ a duel with the dummy so I am correctly under battle spirit. It’s unfortunate that the majority of PvP testers set up and pack up together and it’s near-impossible to find appropriate PvP fights on PTS outside of this.

Yes a screaming dps dummy with the color of the other factions would increase my motivation.
Maybe we can give it the aspect of the various leaders.

The issue is prior to this new way of testing and listening to the player base, many of the original testers left because they couldn't gain traction on issues. This now limits the number of us that use the PTS.

Now that we have a forum and a crew, that is at the very least listening, I'd like to see more PVP driven players get into the PTS and forums and have their voices heard.

For instance I'm pro skill and anti game breaking sets, I'd rather see proc, mythic and helms taken out of PVP and have only stat and recovery sets allowed. Let skill be the true determining factor in combat. I'm not talking generic builds just no crutch sets, but that's a completely different thread I may post at some point lol. The point is I know I'm not the only person that has opinions that haven't been heard because they have never been here due to hearing tales of being ignored shut down or outright shunned.

Would be great to have a dummy with stats that could be tweaked outside of combat, like checkboxes and sliders. Battle spirit, armor and crit resistances, HP, etc. As metas change these things are not always constant
