Only the skirmishes come close to "raid strength". The others are much weaker, and all bosses hit for significanly less than their dungeon/overland counterparts.

That's an issue for me since I'm a solo player as well as a Guildless player. I would have to send a Whisper to random players in the Night Market just to ask whether they are in a farming group for that kind of content, and that could eventually get tiring after a while.

I think the devs did this Update to appease the PvPers complaining over Cyrodiil and Imperial City gankers and classes mostly. That's my honest opinion.
