Hi all, thank you for noting the pricing issue with the Pirate Costume Pack. We are in the process of correcting the Crown price and will work to issue refunds to players who purchased it at the incorrect price.

We have identified anyone who purchased the Pirate costume yesterday or today before the fix went live in-game and we will be working on issuing a refund of the Crown difference. We'll update once we nail down timing. No further update with Customer Service is needed. We will be preforming a prorated refund to everyone who purchased this at the wrong Crown amounts on May 18th, during downtime maintenance. No additional updates are needed from anyone who purchased the costume, as we have a record of everyone who purchased during the time period of incorrect Crown pricing.
