Should end-game quality tank equip this set or not?

No. The only defensive set endgame tanks might wear is pearlescent ward. Buffing damage is too important to drop a buff set with a defensive set. If you’re in a situation where everyone keeps dying then you could pearlescent ward, necro res, or baron zandrus + ele sus + barrier/arc shield ult/dk shield ult. But I wouldn’t do it by default.

"baron zandrus + ele sus + barrier/arc shield ult/dk shield ult."
I've seen lots of almost zero damage DPS and too much squashy DPS so far.
So...
I can understand why you recommend those set, but those type of gear usually
decrease toughness of the tank. I've never seen better healer player than me so far.
So I can't believe other healer players mostly. (Not just gear, but playing technique
of most PUG healer players are terrible.)
Currently I equip Dolorous Arena Set with Leaching and Mighty Chudan now.
Replacing Dolrous with Pearlescent is really effective to maintain both toughness and
damage buff? (Because, it depend on group member amount whether how many players
survive or not.)

Baron is a monster set. The buff from Mighty Chudan you should get from a class major resolve skill. Pearlescent helps with ressing whilst the baron + ele sus + defensive ult situation would help with people before they die. I really wouldn't suggest going full defensive like you are though because not supplying buffs makes the fight go even longer, causing even more deaths. You will live fine without defensive sets, I only suggest leeching for new tanks who want some support while learning how to tank.
My suggestion to start would be baron (for ult gen) + pearlescent (for help recovering a fight) + turning tide (major vulnerability is a huge damage boost) + a class source of major resolve (to replace chudan) + dragonstar arena sword and board (more defense and healing).

Good idea! But I can't do this.
Tank resource pool is pretty small compared with DPS or Healer.
I want to use resource for self surviving. Because, tank should be "die hard".
I want powerful sharing shield without consuming my resource.

Monster head: baron
Armor 5 piece: pearlescent
First Bar weapon and jewelry: Perfected Puncturing Remedy + turning tide jewelry
Second Bar Weapon and jewelry: turning tide + tide ice staff
Not so squashy rather than I thought. But still haven't done the test in dangerous Vet dungeon.
