I think the term you were looking for was "DDoSed" - "doxxed" is when your private information gets published without your consent.

And while it's theoretically possible that someone targetted your internet connection to get you kicked out of the game, there are plenty of other things that can happen between your PC/console and the ESO servers (that would only affect that connection) that would produce exactly the same symptoms.

Bottom line is, if you get a 307 error again, the best course of action is to quit the game completely and give it a few minutes (5 iirc) before trying to connect/login again.

It's not paranoia when it has happened to me a few times already. The last one before this one happened during the jubilee event over in Craglorn Spellscar fire area while I was in a group leveling our characters all four of us got dropped at the exact same time and while three of us were on the same Internet connection. The 4th was someone on a completely different connection and location than us. Others in the area got hit too and when they relogged chat was talking about it.
