Still starting on wrong monitor

Just fired up the PTS a few minutes ago. The game is starting on the wrong monitor.
It's showing monitor "names" instead of Monitor 1, 2, or 3 like it did before.
I would have thought that the game would remember the monitor setting we had set before instead of defaulting to a monitor that isn't even the "Main" monitor set in Windows.

Unfortunately the patchnotes said it is a "known issue" not one that they fixed.This Bosmer was tortured to death. There is nothing left to be done.0
