Greetings!
I purchased a subscription to the game May 7, 2014. I played 3 days, then i tried to login in game of May 11, 2014 i found that my accound has been suspended.
I have not received any explanation for this. Then i requested ESO support (ticket #140511-037838) and they answered me, that they should sort out the problem.
I wrote by email about my assumptions about the reasons for the ban with the explanation. There was no response.
4 days passed, but I have not received any response about reasons and status of my problem. I contacted to Support again (unfortunately, not recorded ticket number) of May 14, 2014. I have not even received a reply to mail.
My friend who agitate me to play ESO for over month of May 15, 2014 wrote a petition to Support too. They answered, that data is transferred to to an appropriate service.
Today, May 18, 2014, ESO team descended to me and allowed to create an account on the forum. That's why I'm writing it all here. But there is no any response about my main problem.
Despite the fact that I still hope to resolve the problem, to be honest, I do not know why I continue to renew the subscription. This support attitude undermined my credibility to the project. Artificial delay of resolving the issue and boorish ignoring my requests either talk about incompetent individual support staff, or purposefulness of such actions.
I kindly request to sort out the problem, if at all possible. In turn, I am ready to provide any necessary information to resolve the problem.
