Why did ZoS just send me a code for the explorers pack in my email. That doesn't even begin to olve my problems and honestly I don't need a second copy of the explorers pack as even if I would use it I can't because ZoS has my mone but I can't access the game making that code completely and utterly useless.

They were even nice enough to add the code to my account well that just makes everything all better....


I wonder if this is ZoS's version of trolling their customers. I appreciate the effort don't get me wrong but somehow this is more frustrating than it is anything.

So CS told me they gave me the explorers pack to help. I do appreciate the thought and I suppose it will help eventually.
