I actually was able to get on briefly, though I don't believe I was supposed to? I hope this post is okay but I wanted to give some folks something to see.

The Pack Leader (which I don't have screenshots for) had blue/green markings, I couldn't tell against the white body, but still. Sadly, here's the only shots I have.

Gameplay wise, I LOVE the size increase, i think this is great. Though the audio left much to be desired, but some also felt bugged, so I won't heavily comment on that since I did get on early and some things clearly weren't working right.

I hate the glowing markings, I knew this would happen but I still hate it, sorry guys.

I like the model though. I have my gripes, but I don't hate it, I can accept this.

Animation wise, I felt a little disconnected at spots, just like how I feel with new DK and new Two-handed, but it may just take some time to get used to. I'll probably open a more detailed feedback thread once the PTS properly opens.
    Hoping for more playable races.
Hoping the game and it's team remains alive.

Really need to tone down that glow vastly, at least so only the eyes show the visual. And even then, I’d want it to only be active with battle spirit.

It’s a real shame to cover up what’s otherwise a fantastic model with neon glows.

When the werewolf isn't T-posing it does look decent, though I agree the markings don't blend well and look to clean and just projected on. If they had shading they may look better, but I didn't know those were going to be a thing and they seem, intense? Though if the fur color can be changed independent of morph, being able to identify which morph is which at a glance is important. I do like the look overall though, wish the ears weren't as bat-like though.

OMG THE NEW MODEL LOOKS SO GOOD IN GAME!!!!!!!!!! I NEEEEEEDDDDDD IT NOW!!!!

I have to agree though, the glowing morph markings is super off putting, I think if the eye glow was removed (or atleast toned down a bunch) and the markings were made to not glow at all but be more like body paint markings it'd look waayyyyyyyyy better!

THIS IS PERFECT. IT'S SO GOOD! Please don't change anything about this, looks better than anything they showed so far.

I personally think the glow is awesome, but there should be a skill style to make it optional for the people who don't like it.

They should make the glow customizable at the outfit station with a saturation slider as well. That would be super nice.

EDIT: Just had a chance to try and love it. The skills and the looks. Kinda wish I hadn't now as it's going to be a long wait for it to come out.

The model looks fantastic, but I'm not at all happy with the glowing marks. They're too bright, too colorful, and stand out too much. And the only way to remove them is to use the unmorphed skill.

I think you should really consider toning down the effect. You could even make it barely noticeable, like a faint shimmer.

Even better, could you make it so the glowing only appears when in-combat?

Or make it so the glowing only appears when Rampage is ready to be activated.

Oh wow I think I like that better than my idea to configurable in outfit station.

Love that idea, glows when ready to be activated.

Please drop unnecessary glows. Enough is enough. So much feedback that not everything needs to glow. Base model is great!

Solid hard no. It just looks...ugly and overdone. Same reason I dont wear the "skin condition" skins on my main.

I don’t like the glowing body markings. It looks kinda cool on Berserker but it feels out of place in the same way that Skyrim body marking mods feel like colorful overlays, jarringly untextured compared to the skin.

I understand that there needs to be differentiation between morphs and the differentiation will not be in the form of different lycanthrope strains. So I have a different solution: something like Balorgh’s body markings. They don’t glow, the textures look integrated, and they’re nicely geometric.

Alternatively, just go for eye color differences.

Right now, I feel like I’d rather just run around unmorphed. Which isn’t a solution.

Agree. Only having the glow be active with battlespirit would be ideal, since PVP is the only reason the morphs really need to be distinguished, imo.

I've been thinking of finally making a werewolf main after this update. But I have to agree: as great as the new animations have been, there's already way too many glowing effects. It feels less and less Elder Scrolls to me.

If it's about PvP, then that's doubly annoying. Nothing wrong with PvP or people who like it, but I'm still frosty from U35 when I lost 30% dps, because...oh, Werewolf is too powerful in PvP. There's a lot more to ESO than PvP.

And besides, the morphs were subtly distinct anyway before. Any indicator doesn't have to be this overboard. It's not like people are branded with their guild choices or marked as a subclasser.

I dunno, maybe there could be a combat effect if a berzerker power activates...

I may be misremembering, but the stream where they talked aboit the WW changes they mentioned because players could choose the color of their fur via skill style, they were planning to have a different visual "clue" as to what morph was being used for PVP. The glowing marks appear to be that clue. It is irksome.

Love the new models. Hoping they get rid of or tone down the glow. It’s off putting to me at least. Here’s hoping we can remove it somehow eventually.

That's a weird reason to have the marks (which I personally like) since you can already tell Morphs apart; Pack Leader has the Direwolves and Berserker doesn't.

It wold be cool if werewolves mechanics worked on the concept of loss of control in exchange for more power. Maybe even allowing them to do some damage to grouped allies.

That would 1000% result in every single group banning WW, especially for harder content.
