Is the Werewolf's new channeled claw attack considered a bunch of light attacks?

Unfortunately I can't join PTS because my machine has ran out of storage.

Can you check if the new werewolf's channeled claw attack count as a series of light attacks?

Further: does it work with Belharza's Band? Does Belharza's buff the channeled attacks by the fixed amount described as "light attacks"? Does the channeled attack proc the bull attack?

Even further: does blood moon proc (increase in light attack damage and attack speed) make the channeled claws go faster and harder? Can the channeled attack even proc the blood moon set?

That sort of channelled attack is more like Templar jabs - it’s a series of direct hits in a cone (a very narrow cone). It is not light attacks.

Because yes, technically there’s a similarity between the jabs and the claws.

However, the werewolves’ light attack IS their claws. They are essentially spamming their claws (light attack).

Anybody could clarify this matter?

Sorry, the channel claws do not count as Light Attacks for either of those sets.

It is not a light attack. It is a skill.

It doesn’t matter what it looks like. By that logic, we could suggest that “flurry from the dual wield line is light attacks because the light attack is a swipe with the weapons and flurry is swiping with the weapons.” But we know it’s not, because flurry is a skill.

Just like werewolf.

I've been on PTS and just think of claw channel as beam equivalent. Beam isn't a light attack scaler, claws (skill) isn't a light attack scaler.
