It strikes me as odd that you had an opportunity to make corpse consumers actually useful in PvP, but made it so that this passive can only be activated against non-player enemies.
Why? Corpse consumers are generally fine in PvE, where enemies are largely stationary. You don't need to attach a damage tether to a boss if the boss is planted in one place for most of the fight.
Meanwhile, in PvP, the tethers are practically useless because they are stationary in an environment where being stationary is a hindrance.
Is this a limit of the engine/server? I was so excited to finally be able to use Mystic Siphon in PvP, only to find out that once again, Necro isn't allowed to have nice things in PvP.
