This issue is caused by some players' integrated GPU (Intel or AMD, integrated on the CPU) reporting more VRAM available than their discreet GPU (Nvidia or AMD in the PCIe slot), so the game was picking the integrated GPU as the best candidate. We changed the way we select GPU with the fix to ask the OS for the high performance GPU, instead of iterating all the GPU on the system and selecting the one with the most VRAM. (This works on Windows 10 and 11 only though, so the fix may not work for players still on Windows 7.)

1 question regarding the above:
How is it possible for the game to decide to use another GPU as set in Windows graphics settings telling for ESO to use the high performance GPU and in (my case) AMD Adrenalin doing the same ?

As a minor datapoint, I'm experiencing the same "Wrong display pipeline/Monitor" issue on a radeon dGPU and a 9800x3d - so it's not something limited to just nvidia stuff, althought I've not experienced the same perfomance issues noted.

Excuse me but I paid my ESO+ for 6 months and I played with my subsription just 1.5 months. In this case make a refund, because I am not going to waste my money on a game that does not work for half a year.

It’s a quarter of a year from Update 49 until the scheduled fix (Update 50 releases June 8).
To request a refund, you need to do so from within your game account. Since forum accounts and game accounts are two different systems (with potentially different usernames and hopefully different passwords), there is no way to authenticate your game account from the forums. If I remember right, the option to get a refund on the website is even automated:
