U49 issue - NVIDIA GPU is not detected

Lenovo Ideapad gaming Laptop, CPU AMD RADEON, GPU NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 ti.
Starting from 03.09.2026 after releasing the update 49, the nvidia gpu stopped to be recognisable by TESO.
Settings such as a monitor, resolution, dlss dissapeared and in a task bar NVIDIA GPU is not active while running TESO.
This problem is exclusively in The Elder Scrolls Online which appeared right after this update.
Before the update everything worked perfectly without any manipulations starting from the very first installation of this game.
The problem is not from players' side.
Nothing from FAQ, NVIDIA and TESO support helps.
This is a request for a hotfix.

k5k✭Similar problems for me on desktop with a 3060ti. Changing settings worked for a day twice, but not today. Can't play. Sometimes the game starts with the gpu but after char selection switches back. Entirely disabling the internal graphics makes no difference.2
