Necromancer's Amulet as a Mythic

Not sure if anyone thought of this, but i do think this can be adapted into eso in a way. Plus i think it should benefit soul trap based builds, i just feel bad for it. Being too underpowered, so here's how i think the Necromancer's Amulet would behave in eso.

Necromancer's Amulet
Mythic Neck

(1 Piece) Doubles Soul Trap's damage. Causes Soul Strike to deal 10% more damage the longer the channel lasts. Soul Trap Initial hit inflicts minor vulnerability for the duration of the attack. Attacking enemies affected by soul trap causes extra burst damage to the affected target once every 3 seconds. Increases magicka recovery by 25% but reduces health and stamina recovery by 35%.

Not the point of this thread, but I always wondered why ZOS never made some Class locked Mythics. I know that the IA Sets sort of fill that role but seeing how lame and boring they are it makes me wish for 1-piece Mythics designed for a specific Class.

In this case the Necromancer's Amulet would obviously be designated as the Necro Mythic, and it could do something like allowing you to have twice as many Summons. While wearing it you would summon 2 Blastbones/Menders/Mages per skill cast(didn't thought of GLS for this, but neither did ZOS when designing the skill lol) and to make it more interesting(and balanced) you would also have penalties like reduced Health or something.

Probably never going to happen, especially now with the Pet/Corpse cap, but who knows how/if the rework will deal with that in the future.

To both of these I would LOVE for mythics to begin to take form of TES artifacts, and I enjoy the idea of class specific mythics that can pair with masteries.

I'm not a fan of this specific iteration of the necromancers amulet, though.

Mythics are specifically not the artifacts from the other games though since multiple copies of them exist. At least that's what I would assume is the reason we got The Shadow Queen's Cowl and not The Gray Cowl of Nocturnal, despite them looking kinda similar. But the effect the original cowl is known for having would have been too powerful in eso so instead we got a mythic that looks similar but does something different.

So a mythic like this needs to be under a different name, is that what you meant?

Basically. Because I think lorewise right now in the game the creator of the amulet is still kinda either dead or alive
    it's Mannimarco
. So they probably still have the amulet, unless they're dead. Depends on where you are in the game.

So might not be a great idea to make it that one specific amulet.

We don't know if he has it right now. Artifacts can get lost or stolen, and also be reacquired later. Also, the Necromancer's Amulet behaves strangly anyway:

So in lore the amulet has a habit of disappearing and reappearing somewhere else in the world? Could be something that can be used as inspiration on how to get it as a mythic if given the chance.

If it's supposed to be really true to lore, it should randomly appear somewhere in Tamriel, only be able to picked up by one person, and then randomly disappear from that person's inventory again after some time, to appear somewhere else in Tamriel again for the next person. I'm not sure though if many players would like that.

Which is basically how Volendrung works in Cyrodiil.

I had the impression the people who suggested the Necromancer's Amulet as an obtainable item rather want something permanent.

I was aiming for a mythic necklace that supports soul magic, and i feel sorry for the soul magic skill line being underpowered. That's why i made this in the first place, an idea for a mythic that gives soul magic the buff it deserves, to make it finally shine in nearly any build for damage.
