Paypal problem with setting of method of payment

hello to everyone! I have a problem, I paid 12.99 Euros for setting my method of payment through paypal but no code was sent to me and says that the transaction is pending
We have contacted our Customer support team to help you solve your issue.

    Hi Bobby! Zenimax is having some glitches with their billing right now, it could be an authorization that's not quite working like they meant it to. It's a known problem and it will get sorted out.

    If you haven't submitted a ticket yet, you should do that here:

    I've heard the callback option has worked fairly well for most people.

    If you've already submitted a ticket, stay on top of it and get back to them if they don't respond fairly soon.

    Sometimes the forum moderators will also flag your account to be looked at in these cases, so hopefully one will see your post soon.
