Not possible to set Home Campaign

Since I reached level 10 some weeks ago, I have been trying to set a Home campaign. But it does not work. When I click on one, a popup is displayed asking me to set it now or after campaign ends. i select now, but nothing happen. Home campaign remains "Unassigned". Relogging/reloadui does not solve the issue. I already contacted support many times. The campaign I chose are not full either. But I have yet received any answer or help to unlock it, apart from the usual auto mail saying to reloadui, abandon quest (really ????) etc.. It would be nice to have this solved. I cannot join any campaign due to it....

    I'm stuck like this as well. Can't join guild's home campaign, can't even guest on the right campaign...

    My main had no problem (and reached level 10 nearly a month ago), but two of my alts who have hit level 10 in the past week and a half, have encountered this problem. I've reported this nearly a week ago from the in-game bug report, but have yet to receive any response.

    Hi I have been playing for several weeks in Golbrand pvping, and didn't realise I was unassigned even thou it was my home campaign, I only realised this as i couldn't take ownership of a keep, i have since moved campaign at a price, leaving friends and became a guest at Goldbrand, if i go back to Goldbrand and remake it my home after eleven hrs.. will this be assigned to me? as it wasn't before and that is the reason i moved.

    i have now joined Goldbrand remade it my home and its the same still cannot take ownership???? frustrating when my friends can. anyone know what im doing wrong.

    I contacted support and got offered 15000 AP to change my home campaign. Now all is working as it should. You guys should try to get in touch with them too.

    Really? Last week, they basically laughed at me and told me I was stuck with having both my home and my guest campaign being screwed up and set to the same campaign. I certainly didn't get an offer of 15,000 AP, or even any sympathy. Just "Unfortunately I have no work around to assist you so as cruddy as it is you are going to have to spend some gold or give up some alliance points."

    Way to go with inconsistent Customer Service responses! Nothing presents the image of shoddy, unreliable, and untrustworthy support than seeing someone else get treated completely differently for the same issue. They seriously have the worst CS people working for Zenimax. The worst.

    I was told twice by the horrible CS team here to delete my alts who when upon creation were auto-assigned a campaign. Sadly, they were assigned the campaign of my main, which was in a different faction! So here I sit with level 1 and 5 alts auto-assigned the same campaign my main is in, but now I can't assign any of my mains a Home campaigns because of the faction blocking. CS just told me to delete my alts lol. What horrible advice. Hey, CS, how about just removing the campaign flags from my alts who are below level 10 instead?!

    I keep on "pushing" my issue towards them and not let it go. Cause I found it unfair. I am sorry you did not get to have yours resolved.

    Hello again!

    So I am not completely sure why the game decided to draft those characters into a campaign for you, and I'm also not sure why it wont allow you your one free campaign change, but I've gone ahead and given your two characters both 15,000 alliance points, so you should be able to switch them with no problem now!

    I hope that this resolves your issue, and should any other questions or concerns arise, please don't hesitate to ask!

    I've still not had any response from the customer support about this problem, in spite of contacting them a number of times.

    The customer support on this game is the worst I've ever seen.

    I agree they are not so good. Like I said I had to spam them to get then to look at it. Perhaps they just had enough of me XD
