In the last update, it's now impossible to queue for Cyrodiil from Imperial City if you have 200 or more TelVar

No. This is just another activity I'll no longer be doingTelVar greed is the source of this. We know who they are. The majority of the game doesn't like this change. I wisely finished everything in there before this happened. And I dont go anymore. Im not going to spend even more time trying to get out of there.3

Exploits suck. Don't blame just the game, blame the players abusing them!

I've never farmed telvar, but I was occasionally preloading dailies for the Mayhem. Not going to do it anymore. I'm glad that I finished all that I wanted in IC, since after this change I'm not planning to return there.6 -

Also I feel like only the people who enjoyed ganking others and basically undoing their work rather than go farm themselves like the change. Though people can still queue out in a number of ways so really all ZOS did was make it more annoying for people to leave. People who are calling how it was before an exploit are conveniently ignoring the fact that it was coded that a) hitting 101+ or more TV doesn't kick you out of a current Cyro queue, it only prevents joining one, and b) that it wasn't changed for people to join a Dungon or BG queue even when at 101+ TV.
Yeah, they really fixed an exploit lol. If by fixed people mean still left ways of getting out of IC then sure they did.PC-NA | Been around since closed beta

There is the balconies in every district if you enter them through the side doors, then the ones behind the key areas. ✭✭✭✭Imperial City is a lot of fun if you treat it like a PvP zone with some PvE sprinkled in between fights. Using it solely to farm Tel Var to sell Hakeijo to players for Gold sounds incredibly drab.
I haven't played a ganker in a long time (and I dislike being ganked) but I never enter the Imperial City unprepared for a fight. The journey back to the base is a part of the experience that was lost for so long.PC/NA — Lone Werewolf

That's what the zone is supposed to be. However, with the workarounds and exploits the pve crowd treated it as a free loot pinata farm zone and now are angry that it's finally being fixed. The challenge is bugged, gives no reward and has no progression, so for an IC-related quest it fits right in.
