"Daily Login" Seasonal Challenge not working

This may have already been reported, but I did not see any post.

Under Seasonal Challenges, there is a "Daily Login" that is supposed to award 15 tome points per login, up to a maximum of 99.

On North American (NA) PC server, not getting credit for log-ins. Should have 2 logins but didn't get credit yesterday or today. Got tome points for logins on EU PC server. Odd that it works on EU PC server, but not NA PC server.

Same I got the first 15 for the very first day on drop. But this is my second day and I still only have 1 of 99. I'm on console NA Xbox

XB-NA and I was the other way round. I missed the first day (which is a known issue since the "day" starts at 10 eastern but if you were logged in before that and relog it doesn't count). Second day worked fine. We'll see what happens today...

I have put a ticket in for my character on PC NA, for not getting the 15 Tome reward for daily log in, but on PC EU it works ok .
My other half has put tickets in and not working on PC EU or PV NA.

I got the log-in reward once instead of thrice on the EU server.
Also left a ticket. We'll see ...

Also not working on my account. No credit for a single one, and none though logged in every day since the update. My husband, however, who's game is loaded on the same computer btw, is getting login rewards. I don't know who logged in first, time of day etc. after launch, but other difference is his is the non-sub and I'm Plus. Please get this sorted and make 15 tome rewards per day retroactive. Ticket submitted in game.

I am also experiencing this issue. I got my points for login on the first day, but not yesterday or the day before. The second day I was online when it rolled over from 1st day reset to second day, third day I was not.

I haven't tried yet today. I am on Playstation NA.

I saw a couple of comments in another thread stating that the daily login only triggered for the posters if their first login of the day was after the daily reset time (10:00 am eastern) - just like how the very fist day was bugged for a lot of people. So maybe see if logging out before your local midnight and then in again only after 10 eastern makes a difference? (And yes, I realise that could be particularly awkward for some time zones.)

I don't think local midnight has anything to do with it, I play on PCNA between midnight and 6 AM (when the server resets in my time zone) and it didn't stop me from qualifying for the challenge. But it might depend on whether you are already logged in at the time of reset. Try logging out before the server resets, then log in again after the server has reset, and see if that will give you credit for the daily login. But, be sure to claim the reward afterward, before you log in for the next day.

I've logged in multiple times every day on the PC-NA server and so far have only been able to claim 1 daily login challenge. Today's (Sunday) didn't register again.

Google told me that there was a hotfix applied on 3/April, but it doesn't seem to be affecting this problem. It's more than just a problem registering the first day when the event started.

I have logged in every day on both servers and have so far only claimed one daily log in on EU, 1/99 and none on NA, 0/99.
