Just some additional information. Here's a screenshot of what I see. That's it. No overlay, nothing else. Just that. The link does not work. I tried typing in to my browser and I get redirected to my account page. I have a payment method saved on the eso website.

So there is no way to upgrade at this point, at least for me
Try closing the Upgrade Tomes window and try again?

Out of curiosity, are you playing on PC with a Steam ESO account using a gamepad, or are you on Xbox?

"An unexpected internal error has occurred".

I'm on PC NA. I purchased the game directly from the ESO website. I'm using a xbox controller.

Thank you both! We're looking into this specific use case, and what you're encountering.

If you don’t want random players, then don’t ask for them. Build your roster on Discord, not on Group Finder.

ZOS_JessicaFolsom wrote: »Hi everyone! We've been troubleshooting the issues some of you have raised with purchasing Tamriel Tome Upgrades, and we have a few suggestions.
First, please ensure that your payment method and billing address are added to the platform you are trying to purchase from. For example, if you play ESO on PC through Steam, you will need to have a billing address and payment method added to Steam, not the ESO account system. We have observed some players getting a "Transaction Failed" error when attempting to purchase a Tamriel Tome Upgrade when there is a mismatch, or missing information. Also, if you have everything set up correctly and still run into this error, we recommend waiting a bit and trying again.
Additionally, if you are using ESO on Steam with a gamepad, please set Steam to "Big Picture Mode". You can do this by going to View then selecting "Big Picture Mode" from the drop-down.
Thank you for your patience, everyone!

I really want to buy it, but only after I fully understand what I’m paying for.
- Am I only buying Season Zero?
- Does Season Zero last only 90 days?
- After those 90 days, when Season Zero ends, do I have to pay again for Season one?
- Does this mean I have to pay €29.99 every 3 months? So that would be €119.96 per year, plus ESO Plus?
I really don’t understand what I’m buying. Can anyone please explain it to me?

1:Yes,for Premium/Premium+
2:97 Days(96 now)
3:If you want the Premium/Premium+ ones,yes
4:Yes,but you can decide to not buy it,and get the items in the free part(bottom line),however.you would not get the other ones(and it would not be made permanently available, only last during the current season)
If you're using ESOPlus,you would get a free premium+ every 12 months.

thank you!
Ok, so does this mean Season Zero will add the new Market zone, and only players who buy Premium or Premium+ will have access to it? Can I buy either one to enter the Market zone?
I mean, don’t get me wrong, but with DLCs we used to get one every six months with a new story, trial, and dungeons. Now we’re paying more for less content?
Saying it like this may sound a bit rough, but I like to keep my questions clear so I can fully understand how it works.
