Ran Sanctum Ophidia as i ended up with 2 of the same challenge from re-rolls, upon completing the trial and handing in the quest the challenge didnt complete, however the "complete 1 trial" did

✭✭✭✭✭Yeah, that one has been reported a few times, and it's confirmed that that one (and also Depths of Malatar, and also Capture an IC district) aren't incrementing properly.
