EU Bloodthorn - Exploit!

Hi Guys,

Last post was deleted as I cant name the player in question. As a result of this I have removed the players name from this post and reposted as the content is still relevant.

I play on Aldmeri Dominion in Bloodthorn, EU. We have experienced the old vampire exploit with the bats and ultimate abuse just like almost everyone else. One player in particular, The Emperorr of the Daggerfall Covenant abused and exploited this method to emperor.

This was fixed and we were happy however now there is a new exploit and it even more frustrating than the last! This appears to involve Bats with invisibility morph, Mist form this results in the player in question, actually exploited in question is a better term being able to stay invisible and un-targetable for 100% of the time while also casting talons and playing banners back to back with 1-2 seconds gap.

The Emperorr of the Daggerfall Covenant is now on his second exploit in the same battler group and has had no action taken against him. This is a slap in the face to every honest pvp’er in this game. At least his points on the leaderboard should be striped. But in a fair world he would be banned.

Are you guys looking at this? What action are you taking? What the hell is taking so long?

Finger out please and do something please before you kill the activity of 2 out of the 3 factions even more than it already it.

We ban botters and gold sellers but when it comes to someone destroying the games very fun aspect by abuseing it on daily basis. GM/Zenimax if you really care about the game you need to go around in force like you do with botters and wipe each every person for exploiting at this level at this is not his first time and hes been given no warining please take care of this otherwise the chance of me resubbing will be drastically reduced.

So please give us a clear cut response soon.

Yes, I agree "He who shall not be named" has exploited - its all in the video. But "He who shall not be named" continues to play, and we worrying about bot situation for some reason.

And here I thought killing him was kinda beyond OP even before exploit. Hard to tell exactly what he is doing in the video but it does look pretty ridiculous God mode...

As GL of Herfolge boldklub and a member of the Deys Allaince in Eso . I must say this is getting out of hand , removing /deleting posts is not a valid thing to do . we are naming an Exploit witch has a valid reason to be known fast and wide so we can get this sorted fast . I know i can speak for all of the Deys alliance that this wont be tolerated for long , if this dosent get fixed . we will continue to post this until the person mention has been taken action against .

Report the player in game or via support tickets.

Yes lets not name the exploiter and pretend like everything's ok in Bloodthorn. I feel bad for dc players because there is no way to catch up in points, thx to a exploiter.

First: Zenimax is a business entity. We have NO Ingame Gamemaster, a support that take days or weeks to answer and maybe help.
They will only do something against these exploits and Bugs, if not enough players pays for the game for example to play AvA. If there are enough day by day in AvA and getting killed by exploiting players, why should thes do something against this? Seen this in Bloodthorn. Like Lemmings they are runnning to the exploiting player. *rofl*
Go all out of this campaigne. switch to another or play pve for some weeks. Should the exploiters play alone.

wow really ZOS_Tristank? did you bother to look at their video? How do you suppose they report a player in game that can not be targeted?

Did you bother to read their responses? They have stated their attempts previously to report the player and how it has fallen on deaf ears.

Good job settling the community here by threatening them with more locked threads and ignoring their request for investigation.

It is pretty obvious that there is a huge flaw in the game mechanics allowing this individual to accomplish invulnerability.

Thanks for the reply. I am glad your taking the feedback on board however I would suggest that some issues need to be adjusted or "balanced" faster than others in order to retain the interest and players that are playing until this fix is put in place

Yes we cant report in game due to the fact we cant target the guy.... If we could this post would not be here

TOS says you cant name them in a post. The video is not covered. If you want to apply for a mod job tho you should talk to ZOS directly instead of trolling on this post with what we should and shouldn't do. Thanks

If you can't target a player for any reason, you can submit them using the /help command. When contacting our Support Team, please selected that you would like to report a player, pick your reason for reporting, and then describe the issue as you see it. You can also include a screenshot if you'd like. Our Support Team will be sure to read and investigate the report.

Ok we have clearly flagged this issue, yes more reports might further highlight it but wont give us the fix we need. We cant do anything on the Bloodthorn campaign without being wiper by invisible bats and standards. Just send in a GM and follow the player in question for 5 minutes. Witness the exploit and ban. We can go back to a balanced campaign and you keep you player base happy. I don't understand why we need to go trough the motions with all the game breaking rubbish!

You will lose more players this way if this continues at its current state and right now almost impossbile for someone to become an emperor on daggerfall when the person in question has gained grand total of 4millon points lead on leaderboard so not only is this exploting its cold hard cheating to gain huge lead on other people playing the game with fairness in mind.

Have you ever played a crappy flash game with leaderboard and found one guy who had over 100x the score then everyone else this is pretty much the case if people think they can do it and get away with it then the leaderboard and competitiveness of the game will go down the drain fast.

You made changes to the previous exploit and didnt ban the players in question wich is same person in this video this is the 2ND time this player has abused it.

This please. It has broken the entire pvp game for everyone else. You would do better to try to put a stop to this sooner rather then later.

I think ESO has been in the news enough times for exploits already. If this exploit becomes general knowledge it will be the end of pvp world wide.

Makes me wonder if he can use it in pve too. Does being unkillable in pvp also mean he will be able to solo 12 man trials? Will see on Youtube when they come I guess.

Just unsub and ask for a refund of your remaining time... its what i did. Support a company that so clearly does not give a *** about cheats, exploits, bots and so on is just bad for MMO`s in general as it will mean they also do it in the future.

Let`s just show them we don`t want this crap. Vote with your wallet.

The people that the person who shan't be named has gotten a lead over was also abusing the bat swarm exploit for the better part of 3-4 weeks.

Just tested and still can counter with tab target. Wish I could pvp on eu server sounds like glorious farming of defenseless players
