3x dyes = do all three. Easy.
Fashion is the true endgame. And while I totally should choose a faction based on the lore... the only thing I really care about for the Night Market is getting those dyes, and I'm going to be choosing them based on the order I like them.
Also, for anyone wondering:
Same here. And I'll be going team yellow, then red, then teal.

I'm not sure yet, but I think I might go for team crit damage + damage taken monster set, then team frost damage on heavy attack and lastly team useless tank set. Do they have names? Who cares. The sets being available only one per season makes me not care at all about the factions, and only care about the sets.

I think this is part of the problem. People aren't focusing on lore, roleplay, faction loyalty, or anything that we care about with Cyrodiil's factions, solely because we get mutually exclusive, functional rewards from these Night Market factions.
We aren't supposed to care about picking a side and sticking with it. We're supposed to switch to the side which still has rewards for us to collect. There's zero incentive for faction loyalty, so what does this imply for the people who do care and want to win the campaign for their team?
