Twitch drops ended before the stream was even over

I claimed all nine crates, only received 4. And only four show up in my account Billing History. :'(

edit: The rest of the crates finally showed up this morning. All good.

My wife, our son, and I were all watching the stream together, from the beginning, on three different browsers. It was the only Twitch stream any of us had going. We were expecting a 60-minute livestream. After 24 minutes he talked about ending it (before the roundtables). I opened my Twitch Drop Inventory in another tab and saw that I was only around 25% of 45 minutes when we'd all been watching from the beginning. I checked my wife's PC and our son's and theirs were only around 23% even after refreshing. By the time we'd been watching for 1:09, we were all only around 97%. Jess's roundtable was still going. I checked again and my inventory said, "This reward is no longer available." Same on the other two computers.

Honestly, it's stupid to be worked up about some crown gems, but even though we only get about 5 gems per crate, that's 20 gems to put towards something shiny.

Update
OK, it's approx 2 hours since the end of the stream. I logged out of the game and then out of curiosity, I logged back in again and found the remainder of the crates were in my account. Hopefully, the rest of you who watched the whole stream will discover them all after the delay too!

Kevin stated that they'd be doing recaps where the drops will be active again. Which usually happen a couple days later, in my experience. They usually run the streams twice on other territories to accommodate for their time zones.

Have you tried checking the link between accounts from both ends?

I have frequently found that only one side says connected (typically Twitch), while the other needs me to relink the accounts (typically ZOS’s end). When I click the relink button, it automatically works without me having to put in any account info.

This seems to happen after a certain maintenance, so I suspect something on the back end is breaking the connection. It’s very misleading that the one side will still say connected when the connection is broken.

Just posting here to add another person's experience to the list. My partner and I have linked our twitch and eso, we've gotten twitch drops in the past, but today we both watched the whole stream live and neither of us got a single crown crate.

9 crates worth of gems is a lot to miss out on, hopefully we can either catch a recap stream or get help from sending in a ticket

Claimed 9 on all but one of my six accounts. On that one account, I had multiple Twitch errors and ended up being at 98% of 45 minutes when the drops cut off early, so I could only claim 4. I received 9 drops on three accounts, 6 drops (I'm guessing somehow I got the 5-crate and the 1-crate, but not the 3-crate) on two accounts, and the expected 4 drops on the last account.

Just a note: Check that your ESO account page shows your account linked to Twitch.

Twitch shows my ESO account as linked, ESO does not.

UPDATE: As soon as I clicked the "link account" on my ESO account page, the crates showed up.

That's not the problem I'm talking about. The problem I'm talking about has to do with the fact that the twitch stream had a glitch then the progress on the drops stopped happening before the stream even ended.

Like in the very middle it stopped.

I really don't understand ZOS' decisions, instantly cutting it off to prevent anyone who joined late from receiving the majority of the reward... Just leave the stream up for 30m longer or have a re-run with emote only chat, it's all pre-recorded anyway.

Alternatively if you're going to stick with the instant cut off, do the drops in reverse the order so that the shortest time watch gets the 5 crates, then 3 then 1 for the longest time so people don't feel like they completely miss out.

I did get nine crates. Opened them, nothing but mimic stones, potions, poisons and one crown repair crate. That was it for 9 crates. Was not even worth opening, if that is all that is in them, not getting full count is not exactly much of a loss.

So I was watching the entire twitch stream as well, and I had so many problems with playback for some reason to the point that I couldn't even earn any of the drops.

1. Twitch Linked
2. Gotten drops before
3. Drops inventory is old

This sucks to deal with, I wanted those crates lol

The ouroboros crates never contain anything special, apart for a very small chance of a senche mount or pet.

However, you can exchange their contents gems, usually 4 or 5 a crate. Missing out on 9 crates means missing out on around 40 gems; enough for 2 nice pets of your own choice or something like that.

But besides that, I was promised a specicific reward if I watched the lifestream. I watched the lifestream and didn't get the reward. That's bound to cause a negative response no matter what the actual value of the reward may be.

To add my experience: I ended up with all nine. All nine showed up in my Twitch inventory, I claimed them, and they showed up in-game. Haven't opened them, but they're there.

The first one dropped right around the 15-minute mark, but the next three came slightly after the 30-minute mark. I think the livestream wasn't quite 30 minutes and it showed up in the first roundtable, but it still dropped. The last batch of 5 came in right around the 45-minute mark.

I got the rest of the loot boxes today, so it’s all good, just lag, nothing else. The same thing happened inside the boxes just lag. And this reminded me why I shouldn’t buy them! Thanks anyway.

I claimed all three of the drops during the stream successfully. But I also got the single crate drop twice, which I thought was a Twitch UI error, until I logged into the NA server today and received 10 crates, not 9.

It's not an old crate from another time; I got a full drop, showing up in the bottom right corner of the screen, of 10 crates.

And I have only received one crate on EU.

Sigh both supports are kinda useless (as always....) again.....
Made ticket on zos support for crates... They direct me to Twitch to get it solved.
I go to twitch, and they blame zos support to fix it....
Its again the nice sending you from wall to wall support....

I didn't get the Twitch Drop Crates I should have. I joined the English stream at 2:45pm ET. ZOS was just displaying "No Signal". They kept displaying that until well after 3pm ET. I was earning no Drops progress. Finally in desperation around 3:25pm I switched to the German stream. Which allowed me to earn 4 of the 9 crates before everything terminated. But I was on from 2:45 to 4pm, and I carved time out of my day to watch this live. I should have gotten all 9 crates

So I made sure I was on time today. About half an hour ago, I turned on my and my partner's pc, logged into Twitch for the both of us and... nothing!
Or well, not nothing, just a message that said stream with Gambolic, Geo, & Daphne was yesterday, on April 2. Next stream will be on April 9.

I can only hope one of us will be available to catch the German or Polish lifestream, and that the crate drops will indeed be active (because that's still not confirmed either)

The news page about the anniversary event said fragments for the sanguine recall could be bought, the date for the Dutch recap stream is wrong.

I honestly don’t understand why it’s so difficult for ZOS to post information that is correct.

Its not the first time with Twitch drops being buggy.... Im conected i watched the streams and then i clicked claim buton it said claimed. Sometimes i didnt get it and sometimes i did. i even made a new twitch for this bug to be over, but its still there .. i claimed items and they never arrived, and yes i conected the new twitch to my eso acount.....
