My ESO+ goes until the end of July and I got 6 of each. I had originally thought that it was going to be based on the number of full months starting in March, but it seems to be the number of full months starting in January.
Update from early replies from my guild, everyone in my guild seems correct in their allotment but there are some weird edge cases. You can get 1-12 depending on how many months you've been subscribed since January 1st.
I will note that most people in my guild are either 3 month or annual subscribers so we don't have much data for 6 month subscribers so I can't say if those are awarded correctly or not. The other subscriptions are working as intended for my guild's sample size of data.

i got 2 caches and i subscribe every month

What platform and server are you on. That could also be a factor to determine where things are going wrong.
I still only got two tome tokens even though I had a monthly renewal on January 16th, February 16th and March 16th, so it seems like something didn't work right.tomofhyrule wrote: »It is based on when your ESO+ renews.

I play from elsweyr chapter and from this time i continously have monthly eso+ and get only 3 premium tokens and 3 caches of tome points.
Some guildmates who play much shorter but have longer version of eso+ hav 4, 8 or even 11 points.
If recived amount is based only by what type of subscription players bought recently then that calculation is lame.

PC-NA and PC-EU, Annual Sub, Renews in October: 10 Caches of Tome Points and 10 Premium Tome Tokens

The caches are just currency, right? There isn't supposed to be anything in our inventory, because I've seen references to opening them in other threads.
tomofhyrule wrote: »The caches are to give you points for a given tome, to be used at will. Essentially a "skip ahead" mechanic.
Each tome uses tome points, which you use to buy stuff from the tomes. You earn tome points by doing little Endeavor-like tasks. But if you really don't feel like playing much in a season, you can just cash in your tome point caches to get the points without doing the tasks.

That's exactly what I got - 13 of each. I had a 3-month sub in November that I changed to annual in February. So I got 1/1 for January, and then 12/12 for the annual sub that went into effect in February.
This is one where you might want to place a ticket to get the exact calculations on your account, @msetten. It seems like it depends on when you had your ESO Plus membership. But customer service should be able to calculate that out since they carried out the grant of the currencies. If you have a ticket in for this, we can also ask for more details.
