well as you can see there's nothing there to read but it looks like it's meant to be useful for something. Is this the result of addons? low graphics? what's to be done about it? please help yes i'm in gamepad mode.

yah i'm hoping someone has some insight so i don't have to go through addons one by one as that is tedious. I'll wait to see if there's an experienced player with insight thanks.0
