I think a lot of people are getting needlessly teased with hose borderline broken masteries. I am anticipating that this will be an insufferable balancing mess and a huge disappointment at the same time if it is going to be anywhere near what they have shown.

There's a lot riding on it for the Sorcerer implosion passive, so I'm hoping that they work like burning light and not like status effects.

Storm-Cursed poking its head out a little more. Might not be a best set, but certainly sounding more fun with this.

This is the entire reason I made the thread. Since sorc doesn't have good crowd damage compared to arcanist, I thought this might make monoclassing more viable.Turtle_Bot wrote: »This for the class masteries is probably something we will need to wait and see/test on the PTS.

I have noticed that everyone is talking about the masteries and only saying that they are "works in progress" rather than they are more like concept art or mere notions. The devs in the stream said that these are just very loose proof of concepts and are being shown to allow us to basically see that it is a thing they are going to work on. But everyone seems to think that just the names and numbers will be tweaked a bit, rather than that these may be entirely different than what we first saw.
