    Hi Syzmicke,

The fastest way to request a GM to come into the game and start smashing bots would be to e-mail ZeniMax Customer Service in request for one through their e-mail submission form at http://help.elderscrollsonline.com.

Other than that, you may also use F > Report Player to report bots in-game, which goes straight to the GMs for them to investigate and look into. You can also request for a GM to come into the game through the Request Help (/help) form in-game.

If there are too many bots to report, you can email ZeniMax with the type of activity you are noticing (in this case, a bot train), the location, any affected quests (if any), as well as the time and server you're on in the e-mail. They'll get to your request as soon as possible. :)

    Hope that helps!

The same thinsufferappening on the US server. The other day the bot train was in windhelm. Saw 3 GMs there banning for a long time, but the bots were endless. The just never stopped coming out of the waypoint. Some of the bots were even using a speed hack and going through the terrain and passing right through building to the next quest spot. The GMs ended up leaving. The bots never stopped. Reporting isn't going to help, you would literally be there reporting non-stop for days. Its something the ESO staff is aware of and they are working on it I'm sure. But they have better figure it out fast or their revenue Is going to suffer.

I... what? This is their *** job! This isn't their hobby. It's not like when we're grinding up kills for an achievement or something and get bored. This is what they are literally being paid to do! They're literally the only thing that can cull the bot population, and they're just like, "eh, this is too much work." What the hell?

If they're not going to bother to deal with it, why am I contributing to their paycheck?

So, not that I have a ton of sympathy for the hole ZOS has dug themselves into with not doing any client-side hack detection or anti-botting measures, but it might be as simple as the GM's shift being up. Ideally they'd bring on replacements, but I can imagine the GMs are overworked as heck right now with the number of bugs, let alone bots, and idiocy going on in-game. (Zone chat's worse than Barrens chat, it's pretty bad.)

I blame ZOS corporate, not the GMs themselves, who could probably use a beer by now. Or ten.

You're right, it could simply be, they got up, clocked out for the day, and the GMs that came back in... didn't come back in and continue working on an unfinished job, unless of course, they only provide GMs on a nine to five. Which, you're right, that would be on corporate, and is doing nothing for my opinion of either.

Either the GMs aren't committed to dealing with the bots, or ZoS isn't.

The GMs left because they would literally STILL be there banning. It was non stop. Banning 1 by1 was obviously Not working and was a waste of time. They are working on a fix and it will be implemented In a up coming patch.

They've been saying they'd deal with bots in an upcoming patch for well over a month now. I'm sorry, but that line is wearing a bit thin for me. ...from them, not from you, I know that's what they've told us, but it's starting to sound more like an excuse.

Yeah, I got into a back and forth on there with someone claiming that the bots don't exist because he hasn't seen any.

Actually... please, everyone weigh in on that article. Please.

Im sorry stark but "dealing with the bots" is a game lifelong thing.

Theyll NEVER get rid of it entirely and every time something is changed the botters change tactic.

I've written a little code, but I don't know if it is the same as to "wright" code. I used to write little games on out little trash 80 in the 80's.
