I cannot login to my account. At all. I have tried to submit support tickets, but I don't think they are going through as I am getting no confirmation emails, and I have no way of finding the tickets because every time I click the "view ticket" button, it goes completely off the page, and I have no way of finding that ticket again.

I just submitted one more ticket to give you guys a reference ticket number: 260313-003686

    To add, I sent the other tickets days ago. I didnt think about the amount of time without a confirmation email being odd until today.

    One more addition. I just attempted to login to the game itself to see if it gave anymore info, and it is saying that I have been permanently banned? I have quite literally NO IDEA why I would be banned. This account has been inactive for YEARS so it is possible it got hacked, but since it is still linked to my email and I never got an email telling me why I was banned I am very confused. Now I would like even more to hear from someone so they could help me figure out what is going on, cause I am at a loss.

    Is this a paid account and have that account had any purchases in Crowns? What can you see when you use: https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/ ? What does it show in Billing History? Here you can see if you have made any purchases or have any items added to your account (Twitch drops should also show here as free item that have been added) including all upgrades (expansion/chapters).

    Make sure that your email that you used when you created that account is still working, and make sure that email account isn't automatically marking or moving email from source @mail.elderscrollsonline.com to spam folder or any other place on your email account in case you have set up a filter you might have forgotten on email account.

    You haven't provided any information on your forum page for what platform you are playing on, so it is hard to give any advice except to use ESO Support (which you have as far as I understand) and wait until they give any response.

    If your account have been inactive for some time and you haven't noticed you account have been banned, then it is possible that you account can have been closed down for access to avoid any future abuse.

    There have also been some issues where some users where banned by accident for some time ago, so your account might have been one of those accounts and as you didn't use that account, you might have not noticed it before now.

    I did make some purchases with crowns, but if I remember it was crowns I got from my sub at the time, which may not matter, I'm not sure. I cannot login to even the website, only the forum which if I understand correctly uses a separate account. The email I used is still to this day my primary email address, and I've been checking, even the spam folder, so it's unlikely I missed it unless it was auto deleted, which is also very unlikely.

    I played on windows using the standalone launcher, but again, it's my account overall as I can't login to even the website.

    I was wondering if it was the accidental ban incident, cause I did hear about that.

    I did send in support tickets but haven't heard anything back, even confirmation emails that my ticket was received.

    Honestly I saw forum posts work for others so I was hoping that I'd have some luck if I reached out here too.

    If you have made any purchases including every time you renew an ESO plus sub (which also adds Crowns fro sub), then you will also get an email sent which confirm payment. Can you find any email which is related to your ESO account, if you search back in time on your email account?

    Did you set up a two step verification (2FA) for you account? This will make it harder for anybody that could potentially brute force passwords to get access to your account.

    Yes actually. I just looked and found some old emails confirming payment. Also I am unsure if I ever had 2fa on my account or not.
