If you have made any purchases including every time you renew an ESO plus sub (which also adds Crowns fro sub), then you will also get an email sent which confirm payment. Can you find any email which is related to your ESO account, if you search back in time on your email account?
Did you set up a two step verification (2FA) for you account? This will make it harder for anybody that could potentially brute force passwords to get access to your account.
