Of course, another cry for nerf. You can also use the same skill line. If you can't beat them, join them. Even if ZOS listen to your thread, and magically balance the skill tree. People will still cry nerf, you can't fix a bad player. That what all these threads come down to basically.
Bad players getting beat, and instead of trying to figure out why they lost. Come cry NERF on forums. Nerfs is only needed when it give players a clear advantage over others. Like I said earlier, just roll the same class or skill line, you up to par with other players.

Yea. I didn't get beat. I've run it. Do top damage and go 19-1. It's an anti-fun skill line that's overly stacked for no reason. Hurricane is easily my top damage on CMX every time. The only people who are bad are the people that don't want Storm Calling balanced--which let's face it, this is a thread about balance you even admit it--because they can't play the game without it. There's zero reason for 1 skill line to have major brut/sorc, major resolve, and a mobility skill that has an undodgeable/unblockable stun all in one.
Assassination and Animal companions are only good BECAUSE of Storm Calling enabling their set up for free with streak. Lol. Before subclassing they were mid and Nightblade and Warden had minimal setup outside of some awkward CCs and ganks.
Ardent Flame was only good because of Fossilize which is now gone.

Change streak so it only stuns and does damage at the final location ~5m so it is purely a high cost engagement only skillshot.
Change BoL so it only stuns at the start location and absorbs projectiles based on the number of enemies stunned. This way the morph is a disengagement version of the skill and the absorb projectiles cant be abused unless you are really in the thick of being dogpiled.
This forces a user to have to choose between engagement and disengagement instead of having both in the current streak design while also making the aggressive engagement version more of a skill shot to prevent abuse. Not to mention we save server performance by not having streak do 3 aoe calcs with damage calcs......and BoL doesnt have to spawn the absorber if nobody got stunned.
