[BUG] Getting Dismounted - Stormhaven

After today's Update 49 game patch I am getting dismounted on the bridge in Stormhaven leading into Wayrest from the Dro-Dara Plantation Wayshrine.
This is new as I have never been dismounted on this bridge before. Happens at the arch on the bridge.

So far, this is the only occurrence I've encountered. I have been completing one master writ every day that I login for more than a month now. I always port to the Dro-Dara Plantation Wayshrine to turn them in crossing this bridge every time. It has ONLY been since Update 49 went live that I am getting dismounted. I have noticed others being dismounted as well here but cannot speak to how often they use this bridge.
It may be a low priority for the devs to fix but I hope they fix it soon.0
