Queuing out of IC with Tel Var limit or in a safe zone?

Imperial City is a PVP zone, as it is a part of Cyrodiil. If you don't like PVP, you aren't forced at all to play there. Enforce the rules that were in place initially is fine. No queue outs. Losing Tel Var Stones isn't a big deal - the Imperial Fragments is where the real gold is at.

Always be able to queue out from a safe zone, no matter the amount of Tel Var you have
Nonsense, we've always been able to queue out of both IC and Cyrodil. Stop complaining that people evade you. Its pointless. How do you imagine it will work when you queue to GH then roam around IC to kill time on the hour queue. Will it not pop when your call comes. That's actually complaint worthy, this silliness is not.

Raise the limit of Tel Var you can have on you before you can´t queue out anymore

Not for me. I sold all my fragments when they were still a currency you could sell. I haven't spent one in ages. Couldn't tell you even what order of magnitude of fragments I have. But I'm still trying to get all the sets from IC, and most of those are only available via tel var and (the now much rarer) scamps.

I've voted blue for another reason: it's counterproductive
PvPers will avoid carrying any Tel Var with this limit in place since they still want to be able to queue for Cyrodiil and BG. That's really problematic and undermines the idea of IC.

Another concern is that the Imperial Sewers farm will be affected (nerfed) as collateral damage by this change and it's already empty...

Therefore, i see 2 major reasons why this change cannot be applied under these condition

PvPers will just queue for a BG or Cyrodiil before going up topside. You can remain in queue and accept the queue even if you have over the TelVar limit, this just prevents you from queueing out instantly at the sight of danger.

I can see why they don't want people to port out in the middle of combat. Fine. But why can't you port out when you're not? That's just stupid and pointless and tedious and is already discouraging people from going there at all. Is that going to make anything better for anyone?

There actually ARE monsters in IC, and quests, and fishing, and it's possible to get tel var from monsters just from wandering around. So should we be trapped there?

I don't want to waste time and energy walking back from wherever I've gotten to. If I could sign out and find myself back somewhere else when I signed back on later, that would be fine also. But that also doesn't happen.

Time is valuable. I play for fun. When I'm done, I want to leave. I'd like to leave with what I earned.

If some player kills me and gets half of my tel var, that's fair - it's a legitimate risk.

But just being trapped there because of a stupid, pointless game change? No.

So I'll be in IC a lot less. PvP players will not get as much off of me; I won't be there earning tel var from monsters then potentially being killed by players. I'm not the only one. Have fun with that.

    .

Because it completely invalidates the Sewer area.

Notice how the Sewers are always completely dead these days? That's because they're no longer an area that you have to travel through to get back to your base.

Before IC was split off, all sorts of people were in the Sewers, because your choices were to spend a Sigil of Retreat or venture into the Sewers if you wanted to go back to base. If someone in your group didn't have a Sigil, it was safer for the whole group to journey back to base together.

Now that you can port out (and yes, you can still port out thanks to a bug) the Sewers are a dead zone. You no longer need to journey through them for any reason other than the rare cases you might want to fight Molag Bal or the handful of people that use the DC side to farm EXP.
