DK Class Update for Bastian's Skills?

Does anyone know if Bastian has had his skills updated to correspond to the DK rework?

    Guards still use the old talons (unless they changed it since I think I reported that) so I would guess no.
    [PC/NA] Dungeoneer (Tank/DPS), Retired Trialist, and amateur Battlegrounder (DPS) with a passion for The Elder Scrolls lore.

    It's strange, because Isobel specifically had her Penetrating Strikes updated to the new animation an update after the players got the new Puncturing Strikes animation.

    I would've expected Bastian and Tanlorin to have their Dragonknight skills updated as well.

    Please give us Werewolf Skill Styles (for customizing our fur color) Added in Update 50!, Grimoires/Scribing skills (to fill in the holes in our builds), and Companions (to transform with).
