Account Protection - Authorize new device

When trying to log on to my account (at account.elderscrollsonline.com/) it claims it sends an access code to my email, and I need to copy the access code, and paste it there (You've logged into Elderscrollsonline.com from a new device or browser. For your security, we've sent a special access code to your registered email address. To verify that you're the owner of this account, please enter the access code below.)

My problem is that I cannot access that email account any longer.
I need to change the email address associated with this account.

How can I do this?

    To add, I have tried various times through the Support link, then choosing Account and walking through all its iterations. All the results there seem to be aimed at someone who has forgotten their email.
    I have not forgotten the email account - I cannot log in to it to recover the Account Protection code sent to it.

    This was on the support under 'What do I do if I'm not getting the Access Code emails?' Perhaps it will help you since it has a section on what to do if you cannot update your email from your account.
    "If you are able to log into the website, updating your email address under your account info and a new access code will be sent to you after you attempt to log-in again.
    If you are unable to change your email successfully, please use this form to request an email change and be sure to include both your current and old email addresses in the description. After verifying your account information, we will change your email address on your ESO account and a new access code will be sent to you after you attempt to log-in again."
