This is an extension of
my other thread from October 2024 asking for the bloodstained muzzle effect to return, so please read that one for more info. This thread will be primarily focused on requesting this effect be adapted to the new model in the upcoming visual refresh.
This is the concept art we were shown of the new model, but we don't know how much different the actual model will be — particularly, whether or not the existing texture for the bloodstained muzzle effect would still look right on the reworked model, or if it would need to be adjusted along with the model textures.

Given that the werewolf NPCs in the Hircine's Gift quest (aka the Werewolf tutorial quest) still use this effect, this question is bound to crop up at some point during development. I took this screenshot from the Update 49 PTS just to confirm that they still use this effect:

I really liked this effect when it could still apply to our Werewolf characters when devouring corpses. I think it would look great with the reworked model! This is the kind of visual improvement that I hope to see from the visual refresh in Update 50. It fits the roleplay fantasy of being a savage werewolf perfectly, and it's one of the improvements ESO's werewolves had over TES V: Skyrim's werewolves.
Could we get this bloodstain effect back for our characters in the visual refresh to Werewolf in Update 50?
