Thank you Zenimax, my subscription is 'bugged' for the second time.

Like 1-2 week ago my free month ended, so i tried to subscribe to the game.
I subbed, got an email with thank you for subscribing etc, then after 1 minutes i got another one, that said the subscription has failed. However in my bank account the money was removed and it said the 13EUR is 'blocked' by ELDERSCROLSLONDON, so i couldnt get it back, nor subscribe to the game with it.

I wrote an email to the support, they couldnt do anything but gave me like 5 days of free game time, until my money gets unblocked and i can finally subscribe.

Yesterday i got my money back on my bank account, today i tried to subscribe, and guess what, my money is blocked until 06.01 (god knows why that date), now again i cant get the money back, nor subscribe.
I dont know what is going on but i think i had enough with this game, this is ridiculous.

I feel your pain. Its happened to many of us. I think the issue is they use the account name which may differ to the one on your credit card. Like let's say your account name is Joe bloggs but on your bank card it reads Mr Joe P Bloggs then the payment fails. I eventually got it to work by using Internet explorer with no addons. I usually use Chrome with Ghostery, Ad block pro, popup blocker and WoT, even though the Elder Scrolls websites were all added to their respective white lists.

You need to make sure the name and address on card match to the letter.

The details are exactly the same.

The weird thing for me is the authorisation charge works, which strongly suggests account details and payment works. There's a ton of threads about this, I suspect ZOS's payment processor is messed up.

Yes, my thoughts are going in the same direction.

I realy think that this is due to some totaly out-of-place anti-bot bank card filters. Trying to restrict legit accounts that are created with stoled bank cards (cos thats how hackers and botters do it atm), but of course - doesnt function as intended.
