[Housing] Add Imperial Edition to Base Game, Discount – or at least Strident Springs Demesne?

With entire zones being added for free to base game, why not the apparently-forgotten Imperial Edition? Digital Imperial Edition was released on March 17, 2015, so I was surprised it did not get any promo during the 10-year anniversary or last year.

1,280,000 Gold, but locked behind Imperial Edition at 2,100 Crowns
OR, 6,300 Crowns to buy just the house
It's a no-brainer, there's no reason I'd ever pay the bottom price. It strikes me as similar to Vampire bites and other features that are being converted to FREE in U49.
But it's also an older house, not priority. Just something I'd like to pick up eventually, if the value were better.
