List of Tamriel Tome Challenges and Tome Point rewards (Feel free to contribute!)

Here's an initial list of what the Challenges are, how many times they can be claimed before getting locked for the active week and the minimum and maximum amount of Tome Points (TP for short) you can get (as a non-subscriber). Feel free to contribute!

Each week you receive 5 new Weekly Challenges, up to a maximum of 12 Weeklies. If you haven't claimed a Weekly Challenge, then you can re-roll it for something more preferable for your playstyle or if you want aim for a higher Tome Point reward (more re-rolls can be purchased with gold, but it isn't implemented on PTS). It is possible to have the same Weekly Challenge to appear more than once in the list as in this screenshot:

Weekly Challenges:

Capture an Imperial City District (4x): 125 to 500 TP
- Aid your alliance by capturing a district of the Imperial City.
Complete 1 Arena (2x): 200 to 400 TP
- Triumph over Maelstrom Arena, Vateshran Hollows, Blackrose Prison or Dragonstar Arena.
Complete 1 Group Dungeon (3x): 125 to 375 TP
- Complete Normal or Veteran Group Dungeons while grouped with at least one other player.
Complete 1 Incursion (6x): 60 to 360 TP
- Overcome Incursions and World Events throughout Tamriel.
Complete 1 Public Dungeon Group Event in Wrothgar (3x): 175 to 525 TP
- Triumph over a public dungeon group event in Old Orsinium, an Orcish ruin in western Wrothgar, or in Rkindaleft, a Dwarven ruin in northeastern Wrothgar.
Collect 15 Alchemical Ingredients (6x): 70 to 420 TP
- Collect alchemical ingredients. Luminous Russula and Nightshade offer bonus progress.
Collect Clothier Resources from 15 Plants (6x): 60 to 360 TP
- Collect Clothier resources from cloth-producing plants.
Collect Ore from 15 Veins (6x): 60 to 360 TP
- Mine Blacksmithing resources from ore veins.
Collect Resources from 15 Runestones (6x): 60 to 360 TP
- Collect Enchanting resources from the specified number of runestones.
Collect Wood from 15 Logs (6x) 60 to 360 TP
- Collect Woodworking resources from logs of wood.
Defeat 1 Unnatural World Boss in Wrothgar (5x): 100 to 500 TP
- Defeat Corintthac the Abomination, who appears at the Accursed Nursery in central Wrothgar, or Zandadunoz the Reborn, who menaces the Unfinished Dolmen in western Wrothgar.
Defeat Bogdan the Nightflame or Lord Warden Dusk (3x): 200 to 600 TP
- Defeat Bogdan the Nightflame in Elden Hollow II or Lord Warden Dusk in the Imperial City Prison.
Defeat Qumehdi, Zaman or Macius Cento (5x): 90 to 450 TP
- Defeat Qumehdi and Zaman, liches who inhabit the Telesubi Ruins in Bangkorai. Or defeat Macius Cento, a lich who beleaguers the Village of the Lost in Coldharbour.
Defeat the Kvatch Arena Champion (5x): 105 to 425 TP
- Defeat Knight Commander Panthius, the champion of the Kvatch Arena in the Gold Coast.
Defeat the Serpent of Sanctum Ophidia (1x): 525 TP
- Defeat the Serpent in the Sanctum Ophidia Trial, located in Craglorn.
Defeat the Symphony of Blades or Molag Kena (3x): 200 to 600 TP
- Defeat the Symphony of Blades in the Depths of Malatar or Molag Kena atop the White-Gold Tower.
Defeat Zymel Etitan or Zymel Kruz (5x): 90 to 450 TP
- Defeat the Storm Atronach World Boss Zymel Etitan, who terrorizes Pelda Tarn in Greenshade, or the Storm Atronach World Boss Zymel Kruz, who dominates the Ancient Altar site in Stormhaven.
Destroy 25 Flame and Storm Atronachs (6x): 70 to 420 TP
- Destroy Flame and Storm Atronachs. Find Flame Atronachs in charred ruins and the fiery depths of Oblivion. Storm Atronachs often thunder across the craggy highlands of Craglorn and High Rock.
Discover 5 Lore books (6x): 70 to 420 TP
- Discover books, scrolls, and notes found in the world (not your Lore Library).
Excavate the Ayleid Statuette, Ayleid Tendrilled Eye, or Akaviri Lord's Banner (4x): 125 to 500 TP
- Find and excavate the Ayleid Statuette in Grahtwood, Ayleid Tendrilled Eye in Betnikh, or the Akaviri Lord's Banner in the Rift. Discover leads for these by uncovering Fine quality treasures in the respective zone.
Kill 5 Citizens with the Blade of Woe (5x): 80 to 400 TP
- Kill citizens of Tamriel with the Blade of Woe. Learn to wield the blade in the Dark Brotherhood DLC.
Kill 8 Dangerous Foes (5x): 70 to 350 TP
- Kill foes with shielded life-bars.
Kill 20 Shadowy Daedra (6x): 70 to 420 TP
- Kill Dremora, Xivkyn, Skaafin, Ogrims, Clannfear, Scamps, and other Daedra. These cruel Daedric servants often roam the planes of Oblivion.
Loot 1 Treasure Chest (5x): 75 to 375 TP
- Loot treasure chests throughout Tamriel.
Open 1 Chest from Treasure Maps (4x): 100 to 400 TP
- Follow Treasure Maps, dig up their Treasure Chests, and open them.

Seasonal Challenges:

Daily Login (99x): 15 to 1485 TP
- Return to Tamriel.
Night Market: Earn 5000 Faction Favor (1x): 1000 TP
- Pledge yourself to a faction and participate in various Night Market activities to earn favor.
Anniversary Jubilee: Earn 50 Gift Boxes (1x): 1000 TP
- Earn Glorious Anniversary Jubilee Gift Boxes or Anniversary Jubilee Gift Boxes by participating in the Anniversary Jubilee event.

To confirm my understanding: the daily login rewards seasonal challenge won’t actually be able to be completed when this system moves to live because login rewards are ending in March and the Tome doesn’t debut until April. They’ll have to replace this one with something else. Is that correct?

No, the way Daily Logins work is really straightforward, you just have to log into the game each day for it to count.

Those challenges are mostly pretty simple.

But the challenges that require killing specific bosses seem less simple. Completing an unspecificied Trial seems better than killing The Serpent.

Instead of specific dungeon and trial bosses, I wish they were just directing people to complete pledges and weekly trials. That way, it helps consolidate players around shared goals.

Added descriptions to the Challenges, noticed that the Alchemical ingredients one actually gives a bonus for Luminous Russula and Nightshade (2/15 points of progress instead of 1/15).

No, the way Daily Logins work is really straightforward, you just have to log into the game each day for it to count.

Interesting. For me it was definitely at 0 when I first looked and didn’t seem to increase that count until I claimed the daily login reward. If it counts the login itself, I wonder why it didn’t count my login until I did something else beyond logging in.
