All of these thus far are to be dug up in Coldharbour.

Valenwood Skull Blocks dropped from Argent Ozezan on the first kill (first time killing an Argent boss).

Ossein Ring Mold dropped from Argent Ash Titan on the first kill (second time killing an Argent boss).

Imperial Titan Slayer dropped from Calamitous Dune Gorger on the first kill (first time killing a Calamitous boss).

Bearer of Fargrave, Broken Skull dropped from Glorious Night Market Reward Coffer (Ruckus) (first box opened).

Bearer of Fargrave, Skeletal Jaw (? it dropped at some point within my play session today but I didn't catch from what).

I killed another Calamitous and another Argent boss and got no leads, but I also did not scry the above leads first.

I have now done the opulent ordeal twice. Both times dropped a lead for the shattered paths signet:

First time dropped the Fractured Prismatic Gem.
Second time dropped Flickering Charcoal Rubbings.

Leads from group members over those two runs include:

Thus, completing the Opulent Ordeal seems to give a 100% chance of a lead. The missing drops from the 24 you'd expect are from people not looting.

Notably, the Ossein Ring Mold did not drop. This may be coincidence since several of the leads are ones I've gotten to drop before in other contexts.
