Are skill points getting reset for DKs at u49?

Title. I'm assuming they are with the shifting skill lines, but just looking for confirmation.

✭They were not on pts, so I imagine not. With free respecs it doesn't matter much other than a couple of morphs will now require you to level up the skill a bit more before you can take them.3 -

We checked in with the combat team and the short answer is no, there will not be a forced "everything" respec for Dragonknight characters when Update 49 launches. The only scenario where a skill respec will occur is if we've moved a skill to a skill line you cannot access, in the case of subclassing. Otherwise, skills will automatically update.
And to @PeacefulAnarchy's point, with free respecs coming with Update 49, if you do wish to do a respec, you can and it'll be free.7 -

I think I remember hearing they would become sellable, but I only have them on NA so I can't see what happened to mine on PTS.0
