Why not prevent companions from dragging world bosses halfway across the zone and resetting them?
Why not add save functionality to the IA?
Why not remove the 3-thread life limit from the IA, for runs that opt out of the leaderboard?
Why not make more use of favoriting non-combat pets? Maybe a setting that automatically changes the pet at login to one drawn from favorites, or something like that?
This would probably need its own thread but: why not let us know what drops where - looking at you, Leads!
If I'm after a multi-parts antiquity I want to know exactly where every single piece drops.
Realistically, only people who create guides "are crazy enough" to go blind on PTS and note them. Any other player would just go outside the game, on said guide sites and look them up.
Anything that requires you to leave the game is bad design in my opinion.
You could argue that at least the first time you should be blind - ok, but why should I go crazy trying to remember where I assembled an antiquity the first time, then!?!
Give in-game all informations needed, antiquities and whatever else.

Why not being able to stack items in personnal bank in gamepad mode? Items still need to be picked up, stacked in inventory and then placed back in the bank again. What a drag.......

Why not allow us to play as a Dagi Khajiit? The model exists in the game, so why not?
Why not update all pledge quests so the only objective is "Complete the dungeon" as it is in newer dungeons?
Why not do something with the Sheogorad region? (I might be the only one who cares about this one.) Dungeon, trial, small quest zone. Every time I'm on the northern edge of Vvardenfell, I look across the water sadly at those islands that I have some serious affection for.
Why not create some decent incentives to get people to do the Craglorn group content again? (And probably up the difficulty on them again, since I imagine they're all pretty soloable at this point.)

1. For Cyrodil play, I would love to see them implement something to balance out the numbers. In Xbox NA, Red can pop lock all of the campaigns whereas blue and to a lesser degree, yellow, struggle to fill 1-2 campaigns. What makes matters worse, though, is yellow is often the overflow of players that couldn't fit on Red when it is poplocked (we see the same names constantly flipping from red to yellow here) and they only focus Blue. So not only is blue outnumbered, but much of the time, Blue is getting focused by both alliances, where if yellow was more independent, they could be pushing up the other side of the map taking keeps behind the alliance that is pushing.
My proposal? Implement population based buffs/debuffs to even out the numbers. If one alliance has a substantial (and we can argue semantics as to what "substantial" is) numbers advantage, they should have a scaling debuff, perhaps an armor penalty that makes all players on that alliance more susceptible to damage from the outnumbered alliance. Or a corresponding damage buff to the outnumbered alliance. Or perhaps a mix of both. And the buff/debuff should scale exponentially so when the numbers are roughly even, you don't even notice it, but when the numbers are extreme, it becomes a lot more noticeable.
2. How about a strict zero tolerance stance on cheating and exploitation. If you get caught using an exploit (jumping into castles, glitched scribing abilities, etc.) or using a modded control, your account is banned. Period.
3. While we're at it, why don't we change how scoring is done in Cyrodil so there isn't a sick incentive to "kill" the campaign. Instead of giving us points based on how long we hold objectives, give us points for kills and capturing (but not holding) objectives. This will make it so that there is zero advantage for holding a map overnight to maximimze point accumulation. Just go capture objectives and you earn the points. Get kills and you earn the points. This would make for a much more competitive environment IMO.
There are other things, but this is all I have time for this morning.
Why not unpair the cosmetic slot for tattoos/warpaint and scars so our scarred characters can have tattoos (same for makeup and some eye cosmetics)?
This, please. Pretty lame to have like 100 cosmetic options after years of collecting stuff and still not being able to combine cool eyes with lipstick etc.
I would love if the armory system would be updated to allow "base class switching"
Like it would have left and right tabs as well with each being a different base class. Would start with only 2 columns with the option to purchase more and would obviously unlock a slot in all when an armory slot is purchase
It's the dream 🥺
But a class change token is something I would still be willing to settle for
Why not give us items as furnishings & cosmetics that already exist across the game? The cool interwoven beard from the quest giver in Vastyr. The mushroom shelves all over crafting areas. And I'd also love to see some giant statues of the Daedric Princes like the one we got for Malacath
I want a pegasus mount. Assuming there isn't one that I just haven't noticed. But without bright lights, wind animations, glows, random noises, or explosions.
I want to sell all the cosmetics that I'll never use from crown crates for gems, not just duplicates.
Soul Summons
Allows you to revive once every 1 hour without spending a Soul Gem. .... If you have a a companion active they will revive for 1 soulgem . This can occur once every 30 minutes
Why not have more writ crafting locations in smaller towns and out in the wild.
I would like to explain on this a little. I love doing my daily writs and we have very popular writ hubs, but recently i decided to start a new character to replay all of the zone stories from beginning and end, because i forgot pretty much everything i did 10 years ago. And i travelled with my new character through so many small cute towns that i had totally forgotten and wished i could do my writs there while i am here doing those quest instead of porting to a main hub and porting back. Lorewise it could be a local effort to support whatever local need there is instead of the "war effort". Nice places i could imagine would be something like Koeglin Village, Norhtpoint (especially after recuing it similar to Velyn Harbour where we can do writs) Bergama was lovely to hang out, Silvenar could do with some lively population, Dune has a nice layout, Ivarstead, Woodhearth which i completly forgot exists, The Stitches in NElsweyr is a pretty cool spot i would liket o hang out more. I think i would just love some more immersion and reasons to hang out in the wild while supporting the local folks with my craftng
Why not have a Bull Netch as a mount, i dont expect it to fly, but it could hover above the ground using up the same space as a mount with feet, just dragging its tentacles behind. I would love that so much.
Why not have lux furnishing on a monthly or quarterly rotation instead of weekly, it takes way to long to wait for something to come out only once a year
Why not have weekend minis zone events, no event tickets or trade bars (who thought of that name btw) just double drops or extra XP. so many older DLC event zones are dead and could do with a quick burst of population to help new and old with world bosses or achievemnt hunting
Or Why not a global daily quest vendor. That rotates through the daily world quests (WB, Delve, Incursion) similar like the undaunted vendors rotate through dungeons. No huge rewards are needed or extra currency, double drop of reward boxes would be enough or in addition to that just inceased lead drops for the day? This way it would not take too long for a zone daily to come round to be promoted and all the zones would always be relevant.
